On Saturday 17th March we are running the Wholey Cheeses  but we are fully booked for that day but there are other dates to choose from.

However on Sunday 18th March we have Nonna's Fresh Pasta Academy so come and join us and drag that pasta machine out of the cupboard.

Great step forward in my skills!

I was given one on one cooking classes with Hazel as a retirement gift. What a great present, I enjoyed every class and learnt so much. Hazel had so many tips and recipes which I can now use. I highly recommend the classes. The best part was enjoying the dishes we cooked at the end of every lesson!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here and we learnt a whole heap about cooking fresh and authentic Thai cuisine. Hazel's food knowledge was excellent, her course was well prepared and with her stories she made the whole day a very entertaining and enjoyable experience. We left her studio with full bellies and some new skills to bring into our own kitchen and have enjoyed cooking some of this Thai food at home. It's a gift that keeps on giving

Spanish Tapas O'Le Cooking Class

A simply scrumptious experience of Spanish cuisine guided by the friendly & versatile Hazel. Foodie prep tips were shared, tried & tested Tapas recipes (8) in total were created & tasted. These were rinsed down with complimentary champagne. I can only speak highly of Hazel & her attention to detail. This will be an experience that I will never forget. Congratulations Hazel on your professional approach & sharing & teaching me some authentic life long skills
